You will receive the study plan form in October. Please fill in it by selecting the elective courses and then send it to your coordinator, Prof. Fontanelli, for approval.

Call for scholarship for students without any kind of grant by EIT Digital
UniTrento offers some Double Degree Scholarships for students who do not receive any contribution from the EIT consortium. These scholarships are available only for second-year entry students at UniTrento.
The call for applications will be published indicatively between July and August 2024. Interested students will be contacted directly

Graduation
Entry students
1. Check the calendar and the deadlines for graduating on this webpage.
2. Fill in the online application at the following link for the approval of the dissertation topic of your thesis by the Teaching board. Please complete the area "Note" with the name of the programme (AUS) and the details of your status (entry/exit – academic year). Please be aware that at least one of your supervisors must belong to the Department of Industrial Engineering.
You are required to submit the application at least 3 months in advance with respect to the graduation session.
3. After graduating from the Exit University, register for the graduation session to obtain the degree from UNITN. In short:
- fill in the AlmaLaurea survey;
- upload the frontispiece of the thesis signed by your supervisor;
- lastly, upload the final pdf version of the Master's thesis.
The complete transcript of the 2nd year (the grade of the Master's thesis must be included) must be available in the portal before Registration in Esse3.
Please ask the Administrative manager of the Exit point to upload your transcript in the EIT Digital portal as soon as all your credits are registered.
No late submission of transcripts will be accepted.
4. As an Entry student at UNITN you don't need to discuss your thesis again on the day of the final exam but a brief presentation of your work is suitable.
5. Regarding the EIT Graduation Ceremony, please check the deadlines with the Master School Office at masterschool [at] eitdigital.eu.
Exit students

2. Fill in the online application at the following link for the approval of the dissertation topic of your thesis by the Teaching Board. Please be aware that at least one of your supervisors must belong to the Department of Industrial Engineering.

Please be informed that the research activity related to the final exam cannot begin before the approval of the thesis topic by the Teaching Board (dates here). Please complete the area "Note" with the name of the programme (AUS) and the details of your status (entry/exit – academic year).
4. In order to graduate, follow the procedures that the International Mobility Office will provide you with.
In short, to register for the graduation session to obtain the degree from UNITN you have to:
- fill in the AlmaLaurea survey;
- upload the frontispiece of the thesis signed by your supervisor;
- lastly, upload the final pdf version of the Master's thesis. A work of at least 60 pages is required. The lenght and the content of the Master's thesis must be agreed upon with the supervisor of the Department of Industrial Engineering.
5. As an Exit student at UNITN you need to discuss your thesis on the day of the final exam with a brief presentation.
